Flight of Angels (15 min)

After take-off from a hill above the Zambezi, the helicopter turns out towards the magnificent Victoria Falls and the "Smoke that thunders”. Our pilot will fly left- and right-hand circuits over The Falls giving unrivaled viewing, photographic, and filming opportunities and putting the full breadth and height of The Falls into glorious perspective with the surrounding environment. A short trip up the Zambezi River and back over the Zambezi National Park completes the Flight of Angels.

Zambezi Spectacular (25min)

This experience encompasses the traditional “Flight of Angels” then continues downstream for a thrilling flight over the Batoka Gorges. The gorges below The Falls differ dramatically from the stretch above as the entire Zambezi River flows over the 1,7 km wide waterfalls then is compressed into a turbulent 40 meters as the gorges slice their way through precipitous granite walls producing spectacular rapids and eddies that are hidden to most visitors. After a more tranquil flight over the upper reaches of the river, the Zambezi Spectacular Flight finishes over the Zambezi National Park – home to many wildlife species and, whilst spotting all the species is not guaranteed, elephant, buffalo, hippo, lion, crocodile and giraffe are regularly seen from the air during this stage of the flight.

Currently we are operating a fleet of three helicopters comprising of one Bell 206 Long ranger (6 seater) and two Bell 206 Jet rangers (4 seaters).Excluding pilots, we have a total available seating capacity of 14 passengers per flight.There is no age restriction although children need to be accompanied by an adult.Children aged 2 and below are flown free of charge sitting on their parent’s lap.All Children aged 3 and above are charged full price. Personalized DVDs,Memory Sticks and photographs and a wide array of merchandise are available.

Fly out over the mighty Zambezi River in an upright position for an 90 meters free fall. Then swing in a huge arc with the cascading waterfall rumbling by your side.

ZIP LINE

The Zip Line is exciting and mildly adventurous but friendly for all ages from seven years up either alone or with a friend. Beginning from a platform on the Zambian bank, the zip-line glides 300 meters over the rapids in the Batoka Gorge below affording incomparable views of The Falls before gently coming to rest on the Zimbabwean side of the Gorge.
